Summer Camp – Required fees for Encore and Entertainers only. These fees are used to pay for camp personnel (Director, Voice Coach, Choreographer, and Accompanist), t-shirts and refreshments.
Fair Share – Required for all singers. These fees are used to pay for our general expenses, including support personnel, competition fees, transportation costs, operating expenses, costumes, and more. These fees are divided into two parts, so parents can spread payments.
Travel Gear – All Encore and Entertainers are required to purchase jackets and garment covers. Their names are embroidered on the jacket and garment cover. Gear bags are recommended, but not required. Returning students do not have to purchase items if they already have them. These items project a professional look and unity among members. It also is essential for identifying our students away from school and facilitating supervision.
Tour Fees – Each spring, the Encore and Entertainer groups participate in an out-of-town competition requiring lodging, transportation, and food. Once the Tour committee has planned the event, Tour fees will be required for all students planning to attend. Attendance is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged since this is the culmination of the season.
Account Statements – Each student has an account set up in their name. This account is charged for the above fees, as appropriate. Payments made for each student are tracked in these accounts. Likewise, credits for Bingo participation and fundraising activities are accounted for in these accounts. Statements are available by emailing, or calling, our Treasurer, who will then email a current statement to you. Current Treasurer is Ray Clubb
Payments – Payment can be made with cash, check, or money order. Checks should be made payable to “WHS Choral Boosters”. Credit card payments can also be made through this website using our link to PayPal. If you are interested in making an on-line payment through PayPal, select the button below.
Financial Assistance – In these difficult economic times, the payment schedule we have set may not work in your situation. We understand. Come to us to discuss ways to work through these issues. They key is not to wait too long.
